The matric examination results are also available  the websits - http://www.bseorissa.in/ and http://orissaresults.nic.in/. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;In the state around three lakh students had appeared the matric examination and 2,11, 846 students have passed the matric examination. The pass percentage in the state is 63.41 per cent.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;As per the result declared by the BSE, 43,399 students have secured first division, 71,942 secured second division and 96,376 students passed in third division. In the state, Dhenkanal - has the highest pass percentage of 80.12 per cent, while the Kandhamal has recorded the lowest pass percentage of 43.51 per cent.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;This time the BSE has published a list top 100 students of matric examination. The eight bio mass power projects would be set up in Dhenkanal, Puri, Ganjam, Khurda, Raygada and Nawarangpur districts.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;This time the summer is a tough time for the government and people of the Orissa state. The power cuts in the state is inevitable, but the cuts have impact on the industrial production. Delay in the monsoon in the state has affected the hydro power generation in the state. The cost of power supply to industries is very less  comparing to other states like in Gujarat. But the interruption the supply to industries will be a great challenge for the state government to dealt with. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;The government of Orissa has been considering the shortage of power at the hydro power projects as matter of concerns for the state. Under the project, students can file their application for admission through online.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The Higher Education Secretary, Madhusudhan Padhi told media that under SAMS - 51 government colleges and nine aided colleges made online for the admission for 30,644 seats. This is a pilot project and would be implemented in the other colleges in phases.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In order to apply online for the admission students can get the Common Application Form (CAF) and Common Prospectus (CS) from the website 'www.dheorissa.in''. The CAF and CF will be available at college counters from June 16, students can get those by paying Rs 20 and Rs 10.  Students can file their application from June 16 to June 30.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Using the CAF students can opt several streams and colleges with a cost. They need to pay Rs 50 each for first five options, Rs 75 each for next four options,  Rs 100 for each four options and Rs 200 each for beyond 14 colleges and streams.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The online admission or e-admission would be easier for students to apply in various colleges and streams through only one CAF. The Naxal problem causes huge loss to the state and the interest of the employee should be protected by the government. However Sebi also maintained that it will conduct an investigation into the alleged violation of takeover rules by Bhushan Steel as alleged by Orissa Sponge. The plant, which mainly produces hot rolled coils (HRC), will operate at the enhanced capacity from September this year, according to media reports.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The company has been investing Rs 7,000 crore to boost the plant capacity by 2 million tonnes. Bhushan Steel plans to increase the Orissa plant's capacity to 5 million tonnes and this would be achieved by 2012. For this the company plans to invest Rs 8,000 crores.
