Ahluwalia Contracts secures Rs 353cr orders
Civil construction company Ahluwalia Contracts India today said it has received orders amounting to Rs 352.98 crore from different vendors, according to media reports.
In a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange, Ahluwalia Contracts has informed about it receiving the orders worth Rs 352.98 crore for different construction-related works. The company has got orders worth Rs 64.84 crore from Apollo Hospitals Enterprises.
The company has also bagged order worth Rs 27.03 crore from Jindal Stainless for the construction work in Orissa. The company bagged an order for construction of hotels and flats worth Rs 81 crore from Rites Limited in Delhi and another valued Rs 109.47 crore from Bangalore Metro Rail Corp for construction works at Orissa. Shares of Ahluwalia Contracts hit its upper circuit at Rs Rs 48.95, up 4.93 per cent on the BSE.
