Orissa to allot 100 acres to Infosys for 2nd campus
The state government may allot around 100 acres of land to Infosys Technologies - one of the major IT companies in India, for setting up its proposed second campus in Bhubaneswar.The state government plans to allocate land to the company in the Infocity-II. However the official conformation over the land allotment is awaited. The Infocity-II is being developed by ORissa Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (IDCO) on an area of 600 acres at Janla.
The capital of the state is one of the fastest growing cities and has been getting attention of industrialists. The infrastructure development in the city would attract more investment to the state.
