Forest officials called off mass leave movement

The forest officials those were on peaceful mass leave movement, have adjourned the movement till February 21 following assurance from the Cheif Minister.

All the officials have reportedly resumed assurance of execution of the pay scale at par with the police through the Anomaly Committee was given by the government. The Orissa Non-Gazetted Forest Services Association (ONGSF) has called of the stir.

The officials of the ONGSF said that there would be implementation of regular recruitment of 300 foresters and 1,187 forest guards, up-gradation of 106 foresters to that of deputy rangers and other demands.
