BJD Leader murdered, Tension prevails in Aska
The gun culture and political revelry has been nurturing in Aska in Gangam district. The law and order there was under question mark, as the son of former State Minister Raghav Parida, Sudarshan Parida (31) and one of associates Bulu Panda were killed on Sunday.
The incident occurred on Sunday, while the Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik had been there on Saturday, a day before of the attack. Tension is prevailed in Aska following killing of local BJD leader, Sudarshan on Sunday.
Police sources say that assailants were on bike, opened firing on Sudarshan and his friends and managed to abscond from the scene of action. Police have started hunt to nab the assailants those were involved in the attack.
Many incidents of such have been reported so far, but the law and order has not been restored there. The political revelry and contract killing over liquor trade and tender are some of common crime reported in Aska these days.

Contrct killing in such a small town like Aska where an outsider can easily be notriced is certainly a serious cause of concern.
