Bharat Biotech to set up Biotech-Pharma-IT Park in Orissa

Breaking News! Hyderabad-based Bharat Biotech International Ltd. has decided to set up a 'Biotech-Pharma-IT Park' in Orissa. The proposed park will come up on a 54.86 acre land located at Mouza-Andharua in Bhubaneswar. the project will cost Rs 100 crore and is expected to be completed in eight years. The establishment of Biotech-Pharma IT Park was confirmed by BBIL Chairman and MD Krishna Ella.

About 10 acre land within the park, will be funded by Department of Biotechnology, Government of India. The area has been selected for development of biotechnology incubation. A lease-cum-development agreement will be signed between the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) proposed by BBIL and Orissa Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (IDCO).
