Orissa Government bans Gutka, Alcohol in Secretariat

The Orissa government has issued a circular, banning Gutka and Alcohol inside the State Secretariat premises. The circular will be binding on all officials of the Secretariat including senior bureaucrats. According to the circular, nobody will be allowed to consume alcohol or leave bottles in the office or the premises. Anyone, who violates the order, could face disciplinary proceedings.
