Naveen Patnaik expands Ministry, 3 new ministers inducted

Orissa CM Naveen Patnaik finally expanded his ministry with the induction of three new ministers. Former minister Mr. Pradipta Naik (BJP), former Rajya Sabha MP Mr. Sanatan Bisi (BJD) and Boudh MLA Mr. Pradeep Amat have been administered the oath of office and secrecy by governor M C Bhandare at Raj Bhavan.

Ministers with independent charge, Mr. Duryodhana Majhi and Mr. Debi Prasad Mishra were elevated to cabinet ranks. Debi Prasad Mishra will continue to be in charge of Excise and Tourism. Duryodhan Majhi has been given the portfolio of Planning and Co-ordination & Science and Technology.

Pradipta Nayak got back his old department of Labour and Employment. Sanatan Bisi has been given the department of Health, while Pradeep Amat will be in charge of Steel and Mines. Sanjeeb Kumar Sahoo will hold the portfolio of School and Mass Education.
