Jewellery Shop looted in Sambalpur

Seven armed robbers looted diamond and gold jewellery worth Rs 3 crore from a jewellery shop in Sambalpur. In a planned robbery, they first damaged the close circuit cameras and locked up the staff and customers inside. According to thr eye-witnesses, the dacoits came in a black van. They poured milk on the close circuit cameras before carrying out their operation.

The robbers were speaking in Hindi. They snatched mobile phones from the staff and customers and disconnected the landline phone connections. Ironically, the operation continued for 45 minutes, but nobody outside the shop got a clue about what was happening inside. The police have launched a massive manhunt to nab the robbers.
