Facor to invest Rs 2,500 crore in Orissa

Delhi-based Ferros Alloys Corporation, popularly known as Facor Group, will invest Ra 2,500 crore in Orissa over the next four years. The company would set up a 0.5-million tonne greenfield stainless steel manufacturing unit and a 250 MW thermal power unit in the state.

The plan was announced by Ashim Saraf, joint Managing Director of Facor. The Facor Group already has a ferro alloy unit in Randia district in Orissa.
