Two escaped prisoners arrested in Sundargarh

The Sundargarh police achieved a major breakthrough by arresting two of the eight prisoners that escaped from Sundargarh jail after cutting the grill of the jail toilet window. The prisoners had then used a rope to climb the prison wall.

A police vehicle patrolling the area saw one of the convicts and nabbed them immediately. Another convict was arrested near the Ib river. The police have launched a massive manhunt to nab the remaining convicts and also alerted their counterparts in Jharkhand, Chhatisgarh and Andhra Pradesh.
