Phulbani shivers in Cold Wave

A shivering cold wave has swept the entire Phulbani district. Normal life has been paralyzed in the areas such as Daringibadi, Kotagarh, Tumudibandh and Baliguda. The mercury touched as low as 8 degree celsius in Daringibadi. It is expected to slide further over the next few days. Last year, the lowest temperature was recorded 3.2 degree Celsius in Daringibadi, which is called the "Kashmir of Orissa".
