SC rejects Dara Singh's Bail Plea

The Supreme Court dismissed the bail plea of Dara Singh, convicted in the murder of Australian missionary Graham Staines and his two sons. Justice Arijit Pasayat dismissed Singh's bail plea saying that he was serving a life setence in another murder case. Hence, granting bail in one case would not serve his purpose.
